Skinners Scarpe Barefoot Minimalista Aperte per Uomo e Donna | Calzature ultraleggere Leggere e Traspiranti

Le ho prese un mese e mezzo fa e da allora le ho usate quasi tutti i giorni in città (su asfalto, ghiaia e sterrato) per camminare. All'inizio ho provato su brevi tragitti per abituare muscoli e tendini. Ora, da circa tre settimane, ci faccio una media di 5 o 6 km al giorno, con picchi di 10 km. Le trovo meravigliose, sono le calzature che preferisco in assoluto per camminare (anche meglio di calzature barefoot decisamente più carine da vedere ma che costano il triplo). Una volta abituati alla nuova postura sparisce ogni tipo di disagio nella camminata (sfregamenti delle dita, vesciche, dolori per un principio di alluce valgo, dolori alla parte bassa della schiena) e si avverte molto meno la stanchezza a fine passeggiata. Senza contare che permettono di sentire perfettamente il terreno. L'elasticità della stoffa è robusta abbastanza da tenere ben ferma la calza e il piede è protetto bene (se trovate piccoli frammenti di vetro per terra non capita niente... certo, che se ci sono sassolini di ghiaia grossi come nocciole sull'asfalto è meglio evitarli). La parte della suola è impermeabile e quindi non traspirante, per questo preferisco usarle abbinate a un paio di leggeri calzini di cotone five fingers. Bisognerà vedere quanto durano, ma di certo consumato questo paio ne prenderò un altro. 5 meritatissime stelline :)

Mai più male ai piedi. Ho provato i Skinners per scendere da una montagna.... Mi sono sentita così libera. Devo dire che adoro girare scalza, ma non sui sassi (fanno male) con i Skinners é come girare scalza ma senza dolore...

Intrigata dalla storia del progetto Skinners, dalle recensioni su alcuni siti web esteri e dal fatto che al momento non riuscivo a risolvere il male ad un piede e non sapevo più che pesci pigliare.
Quando sono arrivate, le ho indossate per un'intera giornata (compreso sette ore passate al lavoro, dove non so se nessuno si è accorto e se qualcuno si è accorto, ma ha evitato commenti). La mattina seguente è stata la prima dopo lunghe settimane che non ho fatto i primi passi della giornata zoppicando.
Più che alla fattura stessa della scarpa aggiudico il risultato al fatto che così, quasi scalzi, si cammina sentendo meglio la postura del piede e di tutto il corpo.
Indossare questi "calzini rinforzati" su un prato dà una sensazione bellissima. Credo che la schiena ne risentirebbe se a lungo le si usasse sulle superfici dure (l'asfalto, marciapiedi), ma è una mia supposizione. Ho comunque notato che passeggiando su un fondo duro per un pò, senza pensarci si cambia il modo di trasportare il peso da un piede all'altro. Si tende ad appoggiare più a lungo sull'alluce del piede che resta
dietro, limitando così l'impatto del tallone del piede che va avanti.
Svantaggio: la suola non è ovviamente traspirante e avvolge gran parte del piede, perciò d'estate, dopo un giorno di uso continuo, le scarpe sono decisamente da lavare.
Un'informazione importantte trovata sul sito originale della Skinners, ma non riportata dai rivenditori: se la lunghezza del nostro piede si trova al limite tra due misure della tabella, il produttore raccomanda di prendere la misura più grande del modello base, ma quella più piccola del modello 2.0 (il modello più recente viene prodotto in più taglie, da qui l'irregolarità.)
Credo che userò le Skinners spesso sui sentieri e solo occasionalmente in città...quando avrò voglia di stiracchiare le dita :).

Qualità e minimalist

Finalmente una scarpa calza minimalistica seria.
Pieno contatto con il terreno e leggerezza assoluta.
Non sono waterproff , ma hanno una suola molto resistente.
Ho provato gia diversi terreni dall asfalto a terreni rocciosi , hanno passato il test.
Diverse volte ho provato a schiacciare gusci di castagna spinosi e anche questo test superato alla grande.

dato il tipo di utilizzo che si auspica(camminate,workout etc)sarebbe bene che le taglie fossero più specifiche possibile(e che ci sia un modo più fedele possibile per garantirsi quella giusta data la vendita online senza poter provare),perchè 40-42 è giusta ed è la mia(probabile che la taglia in meno sarebbe stata un pò sacrificata)ma non rimangono proprio aderentissime se le si usa con un proprio anche solo un minimo di vigore,per esempio rimanere in equilibrio sulla trave da ginnastica dà un buon feeling,ma quel gioco che hanno inficia un pò la stabilità,e di certo solo con una taglia giusta quasi al millimetro si può ponderare questo con calze del genere,se no taglie adattabili così,rimane approssimativo. Idea ottima,tutto sommato buone,ma migliorabile questo aspetto sicuramente determinante

Le adoro..io amo camminare a piedi nudi in casa e in giardino e queste scarpe me lo permettono senza che io possa farmi male coi sassolini delle aiuole che il cane e i bambini buttano in giro e senza sporcarmi i piedi. Di sicuro non sono per ufficio!ringrazio il venditore molto disponibile e veloce e prime che come sempre non delude mai!

difficile azzeccare la taglia

Le taglie sono troppo approssimative ed il calzare non è così elastico da coprire 2-3 numeri come vorrebbero. Io ho circa un 43 di piede, ho preso prima il 43-44 (L) ma mi stava visibilmente lungo (un dito pieno fra la punta dell'alluce ed il fondo del calzare) e per nulla aderente e stabile; allora ho provato il 40-42 (M) e questa taglia mi dava una buona stabilità (anche se la sensazione sul tallone è un po' sfuggevole, non abbraccia bene, un po' come quando hai la sensazione che ti esca la scarpa) ma invece mi stava leggermente corto e le dita venivano schiacciate tanto da rimanere leggermente piegate. Ho dovuto rendere entrambe :( Peccato!

Really wanted to love these... I do like them, but let me share my thoughts.

The Good:
1. They're really nice for hiking/walking on certain terrain. Gives you a nice barefoot feeling and decent protection from stabby tree-roots and rocks.
2. They are very easy to use in the water. Water drains out of them pretty well, so you can plunge in and out easily and they're easy to swim with. They are reasonably comfortable to wear when wet as well.
3. They seem pretty durable. I've had them a few years... don't use them too often, but they're holding up well.

The Bad.
1. Sand tends to work its way into them pretty easily. They're a little difficult to turn inside out to clean, so it's a bit annoying... but not the end of the world.
2. They're a little heavier than expected. A light pair of flip flops would actually be more lightweight.
3. They take quite a while to dry. I use them for my canoe trips, where I'm hopping in and out of the water. They didn't dry completely between days.
4. Mine got a bit of a smell after walking through some boggy areas... had to put them through the wash to get the smell out.... and even still, they have a weird odor to them... kinda like a chemical-rubber type smell.

I love the idea of these. And in certain situations, they're awesome... I find myself reaching for a pair of flip flops or light shoes in most situations instead of these though.

These are so comfortable. I’ve been using them for road running and they shield the soles from the hot surfaces very well, allow plenty of free movement and give a true barefoot feel.

DISCLAIMER: I spend a lot of time barefoot and run high mileage in minimalist shoes. My feet are already well adapted to barefoot style running.

If you’re not used to walking barefoot it’s worth noting that you’ll feel everything through them so keep this in mind if you’re on surfaces with small rocks, roots, loose gravel etc. if you have sensitive feet that are used to shoes all the time it will feel uncomfortable until you toughen up your feet. On sand, grass and “soft surfaces” you’ll be absolutely fine.

SIZING: These are true to size. I’m on the smaller side of a medium and there’s a bit of space on the toes but they don’t slide or move. They are well fitted and comfortable on my foot. I also prefer to wear regular socks inside for sweat absolution.
These socks are not particularly breathable like cotton socks - which is perfect because if they were porous I think fist and dirt would get taken in through the material a lot quicker.

The good news is they wash well in the machine. Leave them to air dry and they’re good as new.

DURABILITY: They are very well made. There are no loose threads or rough seams. I couldn’t find reviews for long distance running on hard surfaces so I guess I’ll be the guinea pig.

So far I’ve logged about 200 miles in these, running mostly on concrete and asphalt with a small patch on grass and sand on my routes. I walk in them too, but I dint track walking distance so can’t give a number on that.
There are no visible signs of wear to either the uppers or the soles. I anticipate I’ll easily surpass the manufacturers conservative estimate of circa 500 miles

If you’re using these for walking, around the house or in the gym you probably won’t be repacking them anytime soon. They really are well made.

Just remember if you are reading somewhere where there is sharp debris like broken glass, tacks or anything you’d ordinarily step clear of in socks, the same applies here. The soles are surprisingly robust, but could be punctured just like a thin shoe sole.

The delivery speed from this company is phenomenal! They come from Europe and mine arrived in three days - both times! (I ordered a second pair as backup since I use mine every day).

The originals are better looking and perfect

I did not by the 2.0, but the originals. (the second generation is so ugly I wold not wear them). Best shoes ever. So comfortable. In winter, I use a felt sole and they are warm enough. Only when its raining or when its really warm, they are no good. The feet are boiling in the heat and get unpleasantly smelly.

Für meine Schuhgröße nicht ganz passend aber es nicht sonderlich dramatisch. Lassen sich sonst gut tragen. Sieht halt aus, als wäre man auf Socken unterwegs. Nicht für nasses oder kaltes Wetter geeignet. Sind angenehm zu tragen

Jahrelang bin ich in den Sommermonaten barfuß in der Natur unterwegs gewesen, aber umso älter ich wurde, desto empfindlicher wurden meine Fußsohlen und statt dem Freiheitsgefühl (wie im Kindesalter) kam ein sehr vorsichtiges Gehen mit ständigem Blick auf den Boden.
Mit den Skinners fühle ich mich dreißig Jahre zurück versetzt. Ob im Garten, quer durch den Wald oder auf den Berg hoch - überall perfekt ausgestattet dank meinen Skinners. Ich spüre den Untergrund - aber angenehm und ohne dass etwas pickst oder sticht (außer man steigt auf einen besonders spitzen Stein oder abgebrochenen Ast). Die Sohle ist wasserdicht, so dass auch ein nasser Untergrund kein Problem ist. Bei Regen (oder dem Durchwaten eines Baches) wird der Fuß jedoch natürlich von oben nass. Ich hatte bis jetzt jedoch noch nie Probleme mit dem Grip - egal auf welchem Untergrund.
Und das Waschen ist auch sehr unkompliziert. Ich stecke die Skinners in einen Waschsack (für BHs oder sensible Wäsche) und gebe diesen zur restlichen Wäsche bei 30 Grad in die Waschmaschine, - danach sind sie wieder wie neu. Nach drei Monaten im ständigen Gebrauch kann ich auch noch keinerlei Abnutzungsspuren erkennen. Absolut top!

Kleine Warnung: Skinners sind für "natürlichen Untergrund" gedacht. Wenn man mit ihnen länger auf Asphalt oder Fliesen geht, kann das zu Muskel- und Sehnenschmerzen an der Oberseite des Fußes führen, weil ja kein dämpfendes Fußbett vorhanden ist.
